Prerequisites
- An active WA Orbit account
- A phone number not already linked to the WhatsApp Business API
- Access to the phone to receive a verification code
Connect Your Number

Open WhatsApp Numbers settings
From the WA Orbit dashboard, navigate to Settings > WhatsApp Numbers and click "Connect Number".

Choose your connection method
WA Orbit supports embedded signup, which lets you create or link a WhatsApp Business account directly from the dashboard. Select "Embedded Signup" to start the flow.

Log in to your Meta account
A Meta popup will appear asking you to log in to your Facebook account that manages your WhatsApp Business account. Authorize WA Orbit to access your WhatsApp Business account.

Select or create your WhatsApp Business account
Choose an existing WhatsApp Business account from the list, or create a new one. Then select or create a WhatsApp Business profile for the phone number you want to connect.

Verify your phone number
Enter the phone number you want to connect. WA Orbit will send a verification code via SMS or voice call. Enter the code to confirm ownership.

Connection complete
Once verified, your number appears in the WhatsApp Numbers list with a green "Connected" status. You can now send and receive messages through WA Orbit.
Important
If your phone number is currently linked to the WhatsApp Business App (not the API), you must first migrate it to the WhatsApp Business API. WA Orbit will guide you through this during the connection flow.
Troubleshooting
Verification code not received
Wait at least 60 seconds before requesting a new code. Check that your phone has network reception. If SMS fails, try the voice call option.
Number already linked to another provider
A phone number can only be linked to one WhatsApp Business API provider at a time. You need to disconnect it from the current provider before connecting to WA Orbit.
Meta login popup blocked
Allow popups from app.waorbit.com in your browser settings and try again.
