Exporting data to Google Sheets

WA Orbit Support

Why Export to Google Sheets

Exporting data to Google Sheets puts your WA Orbit analytics and contacts into a format your team already knows. It is the perfect way to build custom reports, feed your own dashboards, or share performance with stakeholders who work outside WA Orbit.

Set Up an Export

  1. 1

    Connect Google Sheets

In the Integrations section, connect your Google account and allow WA Orbit access to create and update your spreadsheets.

  2. 2

    Create or pick a spreadsheet

Choose an existing Google Sheet to update, or let WA Orbit create a new one with the correct columns for your data.

  3. 3

    Choose the data to export

Select what to send, such as campaign metrics, delivery reports, or contact lists. You can also filter by date range or campaign.

  4. 4

    Set a schedule

Export once manually, or set a recurring schedule so your spreadsheet stays up to date without any manual work.

  5. 5

    Review and use the data

Open your Google Sheet to view the latest data. Your sheet now feeds your dashboards, reports, or any other tool your team already uses.

What You Can Export

Campaign metrics

Delivered, opened, clicked, and replied numbers for any campaign, ready for comparison.

Contact lists

Your contacts with name, phone, tags, and custom fields, keeping your records in sync.

Scheduled sync

Run updates on a schedule so your spreadsheet stays current without manual effort.

Tip

Combine a scheduled export with Google Sheets formulas to build a live performance dashboard that updates automatically, saving your team hours each week.
