Before You Start
You need a valid email address or phone number. WA Orbit offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, so you can explore every feature before committing to a plan.
Create Your Account

Go to the registration page
Visit app.waorbit.com/register in your browser. You will see the sign-up form with options to register via email, Google, or Facebook.

Fill in your details
Enter your full name, business email address, and create a strong password. If you sign up with Google or Facebook, your name and email are imported automatically.

Verify your email
Check your inbox for a verification email from WA Orbit. Click the verification link to activate your account. The link expires after 24 hours.

Complete your business profile
After verification, you will be guided through a short setup wizard. Enter your business name, industry, and country. This information helps WA Orbit tailor your dashboard experience.

Connect your WhatsApp number
The setup wizard will prompt you to connect a WhatsApp Business number. You can do this now or skip it and connect later from Settings > WhatsApp Numbers.
- 6 You are in!
Your dashboard is ready. You can start exploring campaigns, building chatbots, or setting up your team inbox.
Tip
Your 14-day trial includes access to all features on the Starter plan. No credit card is required, and you will not be charged when the trial ends. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from Settings > Billing.
