Accessing Your Billing Page
Log in to app.waorbit.com and go to Settings > Billing. Here you will find everything related to your plan, payment method, invoices, and subscription status. Only account owners and users with the Billing permission can access this page.
What You Can Manage
Payment method
Add or update the card used to pay for your subscription. WA Orbit stores card details securely with a PCI-compliant payment provider and never sees your full card number.
Invoices
View and download your invoices for every billing cycle. Invoices are generated automatically and available within 24 hours of a charge. Each invoice includes your billing address and a breakdown of charges.
Subscription status
See whether your subscription is active, past due, or cancelled, along with the next billing date and the features included in your current plan.
Billing cycle
Choose between monthly and annual billing. Annual billing often comes with a discount, and your billing date updates to match the cycle you choose.
Updating Your Payment Method
You can update your payment method at any time without losing access to your account:
- Open Settings > Billing and click Update next to Payment Method
- Enter your new card details and save
- Future charges automatically use the new card
Downloading Invoices
Scroll to the Invoices section on the Billing page and click Download next to any invoice to save a PDF copy. You can download past invoices for your entire account history. If you need an invoice with a specific business name or GST details, contact info@waorbit.com from your registered email.
Tip
Switch to annual billing from the Billing page to save on your subscription. Your plan and features stay the same, and you receive the discount automatically on your next renewal.
