Setting up scheduled reports

WA Orbit Support

Why Schedule Your Reports

Scheduled reports keep your team informed without anyone having to remember to check the dashboard. Deliver a weekly performance summary to leadership, or a daily agent-activity digest to your managers, automatically and on time.

Create a Scheduled Report

  1. 1

    Open the reports builder

In the Analytics section, open the reports builder and choose to create a new scheduled report.

  2. 2

    Pick the data to include

Select the metrics you want, such as campaign performance, delivery stats, or agent activity. Add filters like campaign or date range as needed.

  3. 3

    Choose the format

Pick a report format that works for your team, such as a readable summary or a detailed spreadsheet ready for further analysis.

  4. 4

    Set the schedule and recipients

Choose a frequency, such as daily, weekly, or monthly, then add the email addresses that should receive each report.

  5. 5

    Save and monitor delivery

Save the schedule to start automatic delivery. Check the delivery history to confirm your team receives each report on time.

Common Use Cases

Weekly campaign roundup

Send every Monday so your team starts the week knowing what worked and what did not.

Alerts on thresholds

Get notified when a key metric crosses a level you care about, so you can react fast.

Detailed exports

Deliver raw data as a spreadsheet for deeper models or audits.

Tip

Start with a weekly cadence. Reports sent too often can get ignored, while weekly summaries are usually enough to spot trends and keep everyone aligned.
