WAOrbit provides a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform that enables businesses to send bulk messages, manage customer conversations, build chatbots, and automate communication workflows through the official WhatsApp Business API.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to use the Platform in compliance with WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies.
• You must not use the Platform for spam, illegal activities, or unsolicited messaging.
• You are solely responsible for the content of messages sent through the Platform.

4. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. WAOrbit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

WAOrbit and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Platform. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent. You retain ownership of your data and message content.

7. Limitation of Liability

WAOrbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
